satisfaction guaranteed. If the customer is not satisfied, I will make a refund under the
following conditions:

  1. Customer must notify me by email as soon as possible if a return of the artwork is to
    be made.
  2. I must receive the returned artwork in original quality and condition no later than 15
    business days from the date the customer receives the artwork.  Artwork must be
    returned in similar packaging to ensure it does not get damaged.
  3. Customer understands and acknowledges that this return period is the exclusive
    period offered by Frances Ku Studios.
  4. Customer understands and agrees that Frances Ku Studios is a seller of goods and is
    not responsible for any damages or delays in the mail carrier system arising out of or
    related to any goods purchased through www.francesku.com.
  5. Customer is responsible for paying for the shipping cost of the returned artwork.
