Artwork is shipped insured.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for
delivery, or 3 weeks for
international destinations.

Frances Ku's products  is 100% satisfaction
guaranteed. If the customer is not satisfied, a refund
can be made under the following conditions:

Customer must notify me by email as soon as
possible if a return of the product is to be made.

The returned product must arrive in original condition
no later than 15 business days from the date the
customer receives the product. International
customers are allowed 20 business days. Product
must be adequately packaged to ensure it does not
get damaged en route.

Customer is responsible for paying for the
shipping/handling cost of the returned product.

Customer is refunded by check sent to the
customer's mailing address for the price paid for the
artwork itself, excluding cost of shipping/handling.

Customer understands and acknowledges that this
return period is the exclusive period offered.

Note: In the rare event the customer receives product
that is damaged en route, I can file for a claim for a
full refund of the value of the art. In order to do so,
customer must show proof of damage by taking
damaged item with packaging to the courier's office
in person so a damage inspection can be done and a
claim authorized.
