collage, but learning about ourselves. We will be
making a collage to find out! Perfect for those who are
at crossroads, want to resolve an issue, or curious
about who they are. The results work best if you don't
know too much about the process!
Dear Reader,
I teach a specialized Chinese brush painting technique
using watercolor. This technique omits having to
sketch or draw the subject, and because of this
beginners and advance students alike find it refreshing
and satisfying. Indeed, many of my students have not
held a brush in their hand their entire life and enjoy
creating something they are proud of.
During the workshop, each student practices and hones
their skill until they feel confident in what they've
learned. Then they complete a beautiful painting by the
end of the 3 hour class. Beginners learn much about
watercolor and get a jump-start, and advance students
learn new tricks to add to their portfolio!
Whether it's bamboo or koi fish, you will learn to
handle the brush with ease and sureness in creating
vivid watercolor paintings. No more painstaking pencil
sketching, just spontaneity and fun. Join me in
watching watercolors perform its true magic!
